Hola a todos, ya estoy por aquí de nuevo, recién llegada de Nepal, lugar donde he pasado 4 días increíbles.
Esta semana pasada ha sido festivo en Dubai, así que el jueves pasado a primera hora de la mañana empecé mi aventura nepalí.
Salimos de Sharjah a primera hora de la mañana rumbo a Kathmandú, una vez allí nos estaba esperando Bishnu, nuestro maravilloso guía, que nos acompañó durante los 4 días.
Nuestra primera parada fue en el Crematorio de Pashupatinath, situado a orillas del río Bagmati.
Hello everyone, I'm here again, I just got arrival from Nepal, where I spent 4 amazing days.
This past week has been holidays in Dubai, so early last Thursday morning I started my Nepali adventure .
We leave from Sharjah early in the morning to Kathmandu, once we got there, Bishnu, our wonderful Nepali guide who accompanied us during the four days, was waiting for us .
Our first stop was at the Crematorium of Pashupatinath, situated on the banks of the Bagmati River.

Asisitir a este tipo de ceremonias por primera vez es algo impactante, el olor que desprenden los cuerpos quemándose se llega a hacer insoportable, algo que nunca se me olvidará. Una vez consumido el cadáver sus restos se arrojarán al río.
Asist to such ceremonies for the first time is something shocking, the smell that comes burning bodies to be unbearable, was something I will never forget. Once the body consumed his remains be thrown into the river.
Los Saddús o santones
The Saddús or Holy men.
Después nos dirigimos a la Boudhanath Stoupa, una de las estupas budistas más grandes del mundo y declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad.
Then we went to Stoupa Boudhanath, one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world and was declared a World Heritage Site
Desde allí nos fuímos a ver el Templo de los monos o Swayambhunath.
From there we went to see the Monkeys Temple or Swayambhunath.
Como ya era tarde y estaba anocheciendo al salir del Templo de los monos emprendimos camino hacia Nagarkot, es la cima de una colina que está a unos 2000 m. sobre el nivel del mar, esa noche la pasaríamos en un pequeño y pintoresco hotel en lo más alto de la colina desde donde a la mañana siguiente nos despertaríamos muy temprano para poder ver desde la azotea de nuestro hotel el impresionante amanecer sobre el Himalaya.
Pero esto ya forma parte del segundo día de nuestro viaje. Así que mañana más!

As it was late and it was getting dark out of the Temple of the monkeys we started our way to Nagarkot, is the top of a hill which is about 2000 m. above sea level, we would spend the night at a little hotel at the top of the hill where the next morning we would wake up early to see from the roof of our hotel the stunning sunrise over the Himalayas.
But this is part of the second day of our trip. So tomorrow more!
